The cozy restaurant with outdoor terrace and inner courtyard is available for lease from 1.1.2024.
The restaurant has a dining room with seating for 35 people. Adjacent is a small, fully equipped kitchen. A spacious apartment on the upper floor is integrated into the rental property! The Deichwiesenhof is located in Bonefeld directly on various hiking and cycling trails. The Kleine Wäller Vitalparcours starts directly at the parking lot. An e-bike charging station is currently being planned.
Bonefeld, with a population of just under 1,000, is a sociable village with a lively club life that appreciates a well-run restaurant with friendly service.
A separate hall building with its own entrance, which together with the restaurant forms the Historischer Deichwiesenhof complex, is not part of the lease. However, catering for events held there can be provided by the tenant. The restaurant benefits from the theater season from March to May. When the performances of the local theater group take place, it is always a full house. The fair of the Burschen and various festivals of the clubs also take place at the Deichwiesenhof.
