Opening of the "Streuobstwiese" dwarf trail in Rengsdorf - July 1, 2022

The three dwarf trails around Rengsdorf are still very popular and have been in even greater demand than before, especially in the last two years. To ensure that the offer is well positioned for the future, the local community of Rengsdorf and the "Flora und Fauna e.V." decided to upgrade and modernize the trail. Thanks to funding from the Rhine-Westerwald Nature Park, new information boards, new signage and other nature-related objects have been purchased Green Dwarf Trail 3 will be marketed under the motto "Orchard Meadow" in future.

The local community, FloFa and the Wiedtal Tourism Association would therefore like to invite all interested parties to the official opening on Friday, July 1, 2022 at 3 p.m. in the children's herb garden, Schalltorstraße 31 in 56579 Rengsdorf. After the official part, guided tours of the 2.8 km long walking trail will start at around 3:30 pm.

Visitors are asked to use the parking lots at the Protestant church, the municipal administration and the Astrid-Lindgren School. There are no parking spaces available at the children's herb garden.
