Three vacation apartments in the Wiedtal and Rengsdorfer Land have been awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association. These are once again the offers from the Grünwald family in Waldbreitbach and the apartment on Klosterweg from the Müller family in Kurtscheid. The Klingenberger family's Im Wiesenrain apartment in Hausen - Reuschenbach is a new addition. It impressed above all with its high-quality furnishings, the view and the coordinated color concept. All three vacation apartments can be booked via the nationwide reservation system Deskline at www.wiedtal.de and also on numerous travel portals.
The Wäller Touren Bärenkopp have also been certified for a further three years. The 11.6 km circular trail around Waldbreitbach and Verscheid was awarded the seal of approval as a "Quality Trail Hikeable Germany" in the "Dream Tour" category by the German Hiking Association. The signposting is exemplary and thanks are due above all to the volunteer trail patron Liane Viebahn and the local communities involved.
And most recently, the German Tourism Association (DTV) has once again awarded the i-mark to the tourist information office in Waldbreitbach. The red sign with the white i guides guests to the tourist information office as quickly as possible. It offers very good quality advice, extensive information and additional digital services for visitors. In addition to the minimum criteria, the main focus is on service and quality of advice. In the unannounced on-site quality check, 40 further criteria were then on the checklist.
